The three phases of our new era include the renovation of our golf course, the development of our new Family Activities & Wellness Center, and the substantial renovation of our historic clubhouse.
PHASE 1
Golf Renovations
We completely rebuilt all the bunkers, all tees, and all greens. We added short-cut chipping areas and rebuilt the practice area. Most importantly, we replanted fairways, roughs, and many acres of turf with drought-tolerant grasses.
Our new three-story Family Activities & Wellness Center will be the hub of the club, with dining, a fitness center, indoor/outdoor bar, fire pits, and endless places to gather and celebrate.
This historic building will take pride of place in the club’s vision for the next 100 years. We are going to make the entrance to our historic clubhouse more dramatic and refurbish this venerable building, the heart of our club.
